The property was well-maintained and well presented with FRIENDLY EFFICIENT staff at night shift. The location was central, so close to JTs Vice cafe which is part of The Miami, North Melbourne nearby with many choices for eating and a good supermarket and tram and train. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Our budget double room at Miami Hotel had a lovely bathroom, and the staff offered great tourist information. Although the aircon wasn't adjustable, the window opened for fresh air. I'd recommend staying there for a budget-friendly option.

We had a wonderful stay at Miami Hotel in Melbourne. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, with a great bathroom. Despite the long hallway to reach our room, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We appreciated being able to check in early and the convenience of free wifi. The hotel's proximity to Queen Victoria Market was a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service, cleanliness, and great value for money.
